Our Board of Directors' Commitment to Lake Health

The Spring inspection of Ginger Creek water was completed on 5/11/23.

  • The creek was treated for algae.

  • Noticeably less lily pads emerging.

The health of our lake is our top priority. We are committed to protecting and preserving this valuable resource for future generations.

In recent years, we have taken a number of steps to improve the health of our lake. These include:

  • Water maintence plan.

  • Controlling invasive species.

  • Improving water quality monitoring.

  • Educating the public about lake health.

We are continuing our long-term plan to ensure the continued health of our lake. This plan includes a focus on:

  • Protecting the lake's watershed.

  • Managing stormwater runoff.

  • Reducing invasive species.

  • Improving water quality.

We are committed to working with the community to protect and preserve our lake for future generations. We appreciate your support in this effort.

What You Can Do to Help

There are many things you can do to help protect the health of our lake. Here are a few ideas:

  • Reduce your use of fertilizers and pesticides.

  • Dispose of pet waste properly.

  • Keep brush, trees and leaves out of the water from your lakefront property.

  • Report any sightings of debris dumping to authorities.

By working together, we can make a difference in the health of our lake. Thank you for your help!
